possessiveness VS obsession..

Possessiveness .adj. demanding someone's totalattention and love.
Obsession . n. the state of being obsessed.
An idea or thought thatdominates someone's
thoughts.

Its just that haven't these words been felt now and then. In any kind of relationship whether it's a month old or a decade an individual is possessive about his/er partner but we often forget that thr is a very thin line of demarcation between the two…when one oversteps the line of possessiveness it tends to become obsession.. but also at times we do overlook obsession and term it as mere possessiveness.The root cause of it is insecurity within oneself which inturn is the result of expectations or may be over-expectations.How many of us has the nature of sharing ,sharing of frnds,sharing of anything??yeah you cannot forget the word pretence… Can insecurity, which is supposedly the only cause, be replaced by jealousy...... perhaps yes! As a child we always liked to be the centre of attraction,attention, being important,owning every possible thing we liked and this habit grew along with us and reached new heights…Aren't the two words applicable for materialistic things as well......... but still human emotions is beyond comparison…I knw it's a long debatable topic..difft ppl will obviously keep difft opinions..I kept mine!!!!
